描述 Description

The uP1784 is a dual high efficiency synchronous-rectifiedbuck converter with internal power switches. Fixed 1.5MHzPWM operation allows possible smallest output ripple andexternal component size. With high conversion efficiencyand small package, the uP1784 is ideally suitable forportable devices and USB/PCIE-based interface cardswhere PCB area is especially concerned. The uP1784 canrun at 100% duty cycle, maximizing the battery life.

With internal low RDS(ON) switches, each converter iscapable of delivering 1.3A peak output current over a wideinput voltage range from 2.6V to 5.5V. The output voltageis adjustable from 0.6V to VIN by a voltage divider. Otherfeatures include internal soft-start, chip enable, undervoltage,over-temperature and over-current protections. TheuP1784 is available in a space-saving VDFN3x3-10L andWDFN3x3-12L and PSOP-8L package.
