描述 Description

The uP1708 is a high efficiency synchronous-rectified buckconverter with internal power switches. Fixed 300kHz PWMoperation allows possible smallest output ripple andexternal component size. With high conversion efficiencyand small package, the uP1708 is ideally suitable forapplications where PCB area is especially concerned. 

Designed with slope-compensatedcurrent mode control,the uP1708 features fast transient response to step loadchange. The converter supports PSM mode operation atlight load condition, thus yields very high efficiency over awide range of load current. 

With integrated high voltage MOSFET, the uP1708iscapable of delivering 5A output current over a wide inputrange from 5V to 26V. The output voltage is adjustablefrom 0.8V to 80% of VIN by a voltage divider. 

Other featuresinclude internal soft-start, chip enable, undervoltage, over temperature and over current protections. TheuP1708 is available in thermally enhanced VQFN4x4-32Lpackage.
