描述 Description

The uP1637 is an 6/5/4/3/2/1-phase PWM controllerspecifically designed to provide high-precision outputvoltage system for next generation GPUs. The uP1637works with tables which programed by I2C. The controlleralso includes programmable output voltage and activevoltage positioning functions to adjust the output voltageas a function of the load current, so it is optimally positionedfor a load current transient.

The uP1637 adopts continuous DCR current sensing forload line programming and channel current balance. TheuP1637 also provides accurate and reliable over currentprotection, over voltage protection and a delayed powergood output. The uP1637 includes an I2C interface,allowing the controller to communicate with other devices.Signals sent over the I2C bus can command the uP1637to adjust output voltage, switching frequency and operatingphase number in different load current state.

The uP1637 is available in VQFN5x5-40L package.
