描述 Description

The uP1590 is a dual synchronous buck controller with5V/3.3V 100mA LDOs for notebook system power supplysolution.

The uP1590 supports high efficiency, fast transientresponse and provides a combined POK signal. Theultrasonic mode maintains the switching frequency aboveaudio frequency, which eliminates noise in audioapplications. The proprietary RCOTTM technology providesfast transient response and high noise immunity.

The uP1590 has internal soft-start to control the inrushcurrent. Other features include over current protection,over/under voltage protection, power-up sequencing, POKoutput, and thermal shutdown. The uP1590 is availablein the space saving package WQFN3x3-20L, specifiedfrom -40°C to 85°C.
