描述 Description

The uP1642P is a 3/2/1-phase synchronous-rectified buckcontroller specifically designed to work with 4.5V ~ 26Vinput voltage and deliver high quality output voltage for highperformancegraphic processor power.

The uP1642P adopts proprietary RCOTTM technology,providing flexible selection of output LC filter and excellenttransient response to load and line change.

The uP1642P supports NVIDIA Open Voltage Regulator-2and 2+1 with PWMVID feature. The PWMVID input isbuffered and filtered to generate accurate reference voltage,and the output voltage is precisely regulated to the referenceinput.

The uP1642P integrates two bootstrapped MOSFET gatedrivers and one PWM output achieving optimal balancebetween cost and flexibility. The uP1642P uses MOSFETRDS(ON) current sensing for channel current balance.

Other features include accurate and reliable short-circuitprotection, adjustable on-time setting, power saving controlinput, and a delayed power good output. This part isavailable in VQFN4x4 - 24L package.
