描述 Description

The UP1625S is a VR12 compliant VR controller thatintegrates a 2/3/4-phase PWM controller for VCORE and a1-phase PWM controller for VGT. To comply with VR12specification, the UP1625S accurately reports outputcurrents and VR temperatures.

The UP1625S provides programmable 2/3/4 phaseoperation for VCORE. UP1625S integrates 2 bootstrappeddrivers that support 12V +12V driving capability. 3/4 phaseoperation is enabled by a logic level PWM output,achieving optimal balance between cost and flexibility.The UP1625S supports automatic phase adding/droppingthat is activated by H/W PSI setting. The UP1625Soperates in diode emulation mode at extreme light loadcondition, yielding maximum efficiency over entire loadcurrent range.

Other features include adjustable soft start, transient boostfunction, under/over voltage protection, over currentprotection and thermal shutdown. The UP1625S isavailable in VQFN6X6-48L package.
