描述 Description

The uP1734 is a high efficiency synchronous-rectified buckconverter with internal power switches. Fixed 1.0MHzPWM operation allows possible smallest output ripple andexternal component size. With high conversion efficiencyand small package, the uP1734 is ideally suitable forportable devices and USB/PCIE-based interface cards,where PCB area is especially concerned.

With internal low RDS(ON) switches, the uP1734 is capableof delivering peak 5.0A output current over a wide inputvoltage range from 2.6V to 5.5V. The output voltage isadjustable from 0.6V to VIN by a voltage divider.

Other features include internal soft-start, chip enable, overvoltage,under-voltage, over-temperature and over-currentprotections. The uP1734 is available in space-savingWDFN3x3-10L and PSOP-8L packages.
