MAX6314低功耗CMOS微处理器(µP)监控电路可用于监控µP和数字系统中的电源。MAX6314具有双向低电平有效RESET输出,支持直接连接到具有双向复位输入的微处理器,例如68HC11。它无需外部元件,也不用进行调整,可实现非常可靠的低成本电路。MAX6314还提供去抖手动复位输入。\n\n 该器件执行单一功能:每当VCC电源电压下降至预设阈值以下或每当手动复位置位时,它都会将复位信号复位。在VCC上升到复位阈值以上或手动复位取消置位后,复位信号在内部编程的时间间隔(复位超时周期)内保持置位状态。\n\n MAX6314具有工厂调整的复位阈值电压,范围为2.5V至5V,增量为100mV。另外还提供了1ms、20ms、140ms和1120ms(最小值)的预设超时周期。该器件采用SOT143封装。\n\n 对于带有开漏复位引脚的µP监控器,请参见MAX6315数据手册。\n\n  \n\n
