This advanced technology is tailored to minimize conduction loss, provides superior switching performance, and withstand extreme dv/dt rate. Consequently, SUPERFAST III FAST MOSFET series helps minimize various power systems and improve system efficiency. TOLL package offers improved thermal performance and excellent switching performance thanks to Kelvin Source configuration and lower parasitic source inductance. TOLL offers Moisture Sensitivity Level 1 (MSL 1).
