XC6802 | 800mA 1 Cell Li-ion / Li-Polymer Battery 恒流/恒压单节锂离子电池充电器芯片 XC6802系列是用于单节锂离子蓄电池的定电流,定电压线性充电用IC。\n\n 在内部把蓄电池充电结束时的电压设定为4.2V±0.7%。此外，把连续补充充电电压设定为2.9V±3.0%。连续补充充电模式把提供给蓄电池的电流设定为充电电流的1/10，能实现安全地给蓄电池充电。\n\n 由外部RSEN电阻可以任意设定充电电流(最大充电电流800mA为止)能适应各种各样的应用目的。\n\n 备有充电状态输出端子(/CHG)，在外部连接LED能确认充电状态。\n\n ·工作电压范围：4.25V～6.0V\n·充电电流：外部设定、MAX.800mA\n·充电结束时电压：4.2V±0.7%\n·连续补充电压：2.9V±3%\n·低消耗电流：15μA(TYP.)\n·功能：定电流/定电压工作；附带过热停机功能；带自动再充电功能；带自动再充电功能；带软启动功能(限定突入电流)\n; | Torex 特瑞仕 | Torex | |
