描述 Description

The UT1112B is a bidirectional Transient VoltageSuppressor (TVS) designed to protect 12V circuitsfrom transient events such as high ElectrostaticDischarge (ESD) and Cable Discharge Event (CDE).

This device uses a proprietary cell clampingtechnology. During transient events, these cells clamptransient over-voltages on power, control data signalsand protect sensitive circuitry.

The UT1112B features ultra-low capacitance of only0.55pF and is housed in a DFN1006-2L package.
