描述 Description

The uP1909P is a high efficiency 5V MOSFET driverspecifically designed to drive N-channel power MOSFETpair in a synchronous rectified buck converter for mobilecomputing application. This part has integrated bootstrapFET to eliminate external bootstrap diode. The resistorcommonly placed between MOSFET gate and source fordischarge is also integrated, making external componentminimal. The uP1909P supports enable/disable functionthat reduces the power consumption to prolong batterylife. This device also supports three PWM input states thatalong with PWM controller to provide a complete powersolution. The uP1909P implements shoot-throughprotection that monitors converter’s switching node voltageto prevent high side and low side MOSFETs from crossconduction.
