描述 Description

The uP1905 is a high-accuracy thermal monitor for DC/DCconverter.Three temperature sensing inputs are availablefor monitoring temperature of the system.

It measures voltage form the monitor place to GND by NTCresistor divider voltages. The sensed voltages are digitalizedand interfaced with microprocessor by I2C for advancedpower management procedures.

This part is available in SOT23-8L package.
