RT6575C/D 是双通道 Buck 控制器，用于为电池供电的系统生成稳定的电压。其中包含两组输出电压 2V~5.5V 可调的 PWM 控制器和两组恒定 5V/3.3V 输出的线性稳压器，每组线性稳压器可输出最大 100mA 的电流，3.3V 线性稳压器在输出电流低于 35mA 时的稳压精度可达 1%。它还包含了一个可用于外部电荷泵电路的振荡器输出，具有集成化的上电时序控制功能、内部软起动功能和防止关机以后出现负压的输出软放电功能。由于采用恒定电流纹波的 PWM 控制技术，它在工作时无需使用电流检测电阻，对付再瞬变具有 100ns 的响应速度。为了获得最高的转换效率，RT6575C/D 在轻载条件下自动进入二极管仿真模式工作。为了在音频应用中消除噪声影响，它还具有音频避开模式可将工作频率维持在 25kHz 以上。其封装为 WQFN-20L 3x3。
