差分输入DirectDrive线驱动器/耳机放大器

MAX97220为差分输入DirectDrive®线驱动器/耳机放大器。5V供电时，器件为1kΩ负载提供3VRMS输出驱动；3.3V供电时，为600Ω负载提供2VRMS输出驱动。5V供电时，器件为32Ω耳机负载提供125mW驱动。IC具有6dB内部固定增益，也可以利用外部电阻设置增益。外部增益设置节点还可以配置成滤波器，以支持机顶盒应用。IC在整个音频频带内提供优异的THD+N。\nIC具有两个不同导通时间(tON)版本，A版、C版和E版的导通时间tON为5.5ms，用于耳机驱动；B版和D版则具有130ms的tON，用于机顶盒设计。内部电荷泵对输入电源反相，产生负电源电压。放大器的输出级由输入 ·5V供电时，为32Ω负载提供125mW输出功率\n·5V供电时，为1kΩ负载提供3VRMS输出驱动\n·3.3V供电时，为600Ω负载提供2VRMS输出驱动\n·全差分输入\n·固定增益或外部可调增益，无咔嗒/噼噗声\n·2.5V至5.5V较宽的工作范围\n·DirectDrive输出无需隔直流电容\n·平坦的THD+N，音频频段优于90dB\n·18位，SNR可达112dB \n·引脚兼容于MAX9722;
