MAX6413 | 低功耗、单/双电压、微处理器复位电路,可通过电容调节复位超时周期 MAX6412–MAX6420低功耗微处理器监控电路可监视1.6V至5V的系统电压。一旦VCC电源电压或RESET IN跌落到它的复位门限、或手动复位输入被置位,这些器件将产生复位信号。当VCC和RESET IN上升到复位门限以上、手动复位输入被释放时,复位输出将继续保持一个复位延时周期的时间。复位延时可由外部电容设置,提供了更多的灵活性。\n\n MAX6412/MAX6413/MAX6414提供1.575V至5V的固定复位门限,级差约为100mV,带有手动复位输入。MAX6415/MAX6416/MAX6417提供可调节的复位输入,监视电压可低至1.26V;MAX6418/MAX • 监视1.6V至5V的系统电压\n• 电容可调的复位延时周期\n• 手动复位输入(MAX6412/MAX6413/MAX6414)\n• 可调复位输入选择(MAX6415–MAX6420)\n• 双电压监视器(MAX6418/MAX6419/MAX6420)\n• 低静态电流(1.7µA典型值)\n• 3种RESET输出选择\n• 推挽式/RESET\n• 推挽式RESET\n• 漏极开路式/RESET\n\n\n• 确保VCC = 1V时复位有效\n• 瞬时供电保护\n• 微型SOT23-5封装; | ADI 亚德诺 | ADI | |
