MAX6329 | 150mA、SOT23封装、低压差线性稳压器,内置微处理器复位电路 MAX6329/MAX6349是集成了微处理器复位电路的低压差、微功耗线性稳压器。每个器件都提供预设+3.3V、+2.5V、+1.8V或可调输出电压,并可提供高达150mA的负载电流。这些器件采用内部P沟道MOSFET调整管,电源电流消耗仅为25µA,不受器件负载影响。这些器件具有低电源电流、低压差和集成复位功能,非常适用于电池供电便携式设备。\n\n MAX6329/MAX6349包含一个内部复位电路,当稳压器输出降至标准微处理器电源容差(-5%或-10%)以下时,该电路会发出指示。在稳压器输出超过选定的复位阈值后,复位输出保持置位100ms(最小值),确保电源电压 • 预设+3.3V/+2.5V/+1.8V或可调稳压器输出\n\n• 指定工作范围内的稳压器精度为±3.0%\n\n• 电源电流:25µA\n\n• 100mA负载时的压差低至180mV\n\n• 小型输出电容(最小1µF陶瓷或钽电容)\n\n• 零反向漏电流\n\n• 热保护和短路保护\n\n• 具有100ms(最小值)超时的集成微处理器复位电路\n\n• 开漏和推挽复位输出\n\n• 稳压器关断输入(MAX6329)或手动复位输入(MAX6349)\n\n• 6引脚SOT23封装; | ADI 亚德诺 | ADI | |
