四/双路、低电压、双向RF/视频开关

MAX4565/MAX4566/MAX4567均为低压T开关，可用于在50Ω和75Ω系统中切换DC到350MHz范围内的RF和视频信号。MAX4565内置四个常开单刀单掷(SPST)开关。MAX4566内置两个双通道SPST开关（一个常开，一个常闭）。MAX4567内置两个单刀双掷(SPDT)开关。\n\n 每个开关均采用“T”配置结构，确保在10MHz时提供出色的高频关断隔离和-83dB的串扰。它们可以处理任一方向的轨到轨模拟信号。使用±5V电源时，提供最大2.5Ω的开关间导通电阻（最大60Ω）匹配，在额定信号范围内保持平坦（最大2Ω）。+25°C时关断漏电流小于5nA，+85°C • 50Ω高关断隔离度：10MHz时为-83dB\n\n• 50Ω低串扰：10MHz为-87dB\n\n• -3dB信号带宽为DC至350MHz\n\n• 60Ω信号路径，采用±5V电源\n\n• 2.5Ω信号路径匹配，采用±5V电源\n\n• 2Ω信号路径平坦度，采用±5V电源\n\n• 50Ω低插入损耗：2.5dB（100MHz时）\n\n• ±2.7V至±6V双电源供电\n\n• +2.7V至+12V单电源供电\n\n• 低功耗：< 1µW\n\n• 轨到轨双向信号处理\n\n• 与行业标准DG540、DG542、DG643引脚兼容\n\n• > 2kV ESD保护（方法3015.7）\;
