高精度、双电源、SPST、模拟CMOS开关

MAX320/MAX321/MAX322均为精密、双路、SPST模拟开关，采用±3V至±8V双电源供电。MAX320具有两个常开(NO)开关，MAX321具有两个常闭(NC)开关。MAX322具有一个NO和一个NC开关。这些器件功耗低(1.25mW)，非常适合电池供电设备。它们具有较低漏电流（最大值100pA）和快速开关速度（tON最大值 = 150ns，tOFF最大值 = 100ns）。\n\n MAX320系列采用±5V电源供电，最大导通电阻(RON)为35Ω，通道间匹配最大值为2Ω，最大RON平坦度为4Ω。\n\n 根据方法3015.7，这些开关还提供最大5pC电荷注 • 低导通电阻，最大值35Ω（典型值16Ω）\n\n• 通道间RON匹配 < 2Ω\n\n• RON平坦度 < 4Ω\n\n• 保证电荷注入 < 5pC\n\n• 双极性电源供电（±3V至±8V）\n\n• 低功耗 < 1.25mW\n\n• 整个温度范围内具有较低漏电流 < 2.5nA（+85°C时）\n\n• 快速切换，tON < 150ns，tOFF < 100ns\n\n• 保证先开后合式开关动作（仅限MAX322）;
