MAX20444B | 汽车应用4通道、130mA、背光照明驱动器,带Boost/SEPIC控制器和I2C接口 MAX20444B为4通道背光照明驱动器,带boost控制器,适用于汽车显示屏。集成电流输出每路支持高达130mA LED吸电流。器件支持4.5V至36V较宽输入电压范围,可承受汽车抛负载事件。\n\n 内部电流模式开关DC-DC控制器支持boost或SEPIC拓扑,工作在400kHz至2.2MHz频率范围。集成扩频有助于降低EMI。自适应输出电压控制方式最大程度降低LED电流驱动通路的功耗。\n\n 器件具有I2C控制的脉宽调制(PWM)调光和混合调光,任何情况下的最小脉宽均为500ns。采用灯串相移调光,以降低EMI。\n\n 也通过I2C接口提供全面的诊断信 • 宽电压工作范围\n• 支持高达52V的抛负载\n• 高度集成\n• I2C控制,最大程度减少器件数量\n• 高可靠、低EMI\n• 相移\n• 失效保护工作模式,使用FSEN引脚\n• 多种调光方法,支持使用DIM输入或I2C进行混合调光或PWM调光\n• PWM调光时的调光比为10000:1 @ 200Hz\n• 完备的诊断\n• Boost输出欠压和过压\n• 各灯串LED电流\n• 小尺寸(4mm x 4mm) 24引脚、TQFN和SWTQFN封装; | ADI 亚德诺 | ADI |
