MAX1406是一款RS-232 IC，旨在满足欧洲共同体严格的静电放电(ESD)要求。所有发射器输出和接收器输入均使用IEC 1000-4-2气隙放电受到±15kV的保护，使用IEC 1000-4-2接触放电受到±8kV的保护，并使用人体模型受到±15kV的保护。\n\n MAX1406集成三个RS-232发射器和三个RS-232接收器，并针对打印机、调制解调器和电信应用中的操作进行了优化。其运行时的数据速率高达230kbps，与常用软件兼容以用于与个人计算机通信。IDD和ISS的电源电流小于500µA，而ICC的电源电流小于1mA。\n\n MAX1406与行业标准MC145406的引脚和功能兼容，因此现有设计可以立即符合电磁兼容性(EMC)标准。MAX1406采用DIP和SO封装，以及可减少电路板空间的小型SSOP封装。\n\n  \n\n
