描述 Description
The miniature 3.2 x 2.5mm GAO-3301 offers a competitively priced 32.768kHz oscillator solution with a choice of operating temperature ranges and temperature stabilities.
This oscillator has exceptionally fast rise/fall time of 2.8ns, and is operable over a supply voltage range of 1.8V-5.0V.
The GAO-3301 has 15pF CMOS driving ability and also excellent ageing characteristics of ±5ppm per year maximum.
