      The FP6181 is a buck regulator with a built in internal power MOSFET. lt achieves 2A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The device includes cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. Adjustable soft-start reduced the stress on the input source at power-on. The regulator only consumes 23μA supply current in shutdown mode. The FP6181 requires a minimum number of readily available external components to complete a 2A buck regulator solution.\n

The FP6183 is a low dropout, low noise, high PSRR, very low quiescent current positive linear regulator. The FP6183 can supply 300mA output current with low dropout voltage at about 160mV that optimized for battery-powered systems or portable wireless devices such as mobile phones. The shutdown function can provide remote control for the external signal to decide the on/off state of FP6183 that consumes less than 0.1µA during shutdown mode.\n\nThe FP6183 regulator is able to operate with output capacitors as small as 1µF for stability. Other than the current limit protection, FP6183 also offers the on chip thermal shutdown feature providing protection against overload or any condition when the ambient temperature exceeds the maximum junction temperature.\n\nThe FP6183 offers high precision output voltage of 1%. The FP6183 is available in UTDFN-4L (1.0mmx1.0mm) package which features small size.
