2通道数字电位器; • 双通道256级数字电位器\n• 通过串行接口可设置、读取抽头\n• 串联后提高总体电阻\n• 最大待机电流:2µA\n• 3线串行控制接口\n• 供电范围:单+5V或±3V电源 \n• 工作温度范围:-40°C至+85°C; DS1868B是一款双通道、256抽头数字电位器,抽头位置由存储的8位数据设置。电位器可独立使用,也可级联使用提高总电阻值以及抽头数量。采用3线串行接口进行通信,驱动内部控制逻辑单元。多片DS1868B可级联或以菊链方式由单个控制器进行控制。DS1868B双通道数字电位器可代替已停产的DS1868,器件设计灵活,采用+5V或者±3V电源供电。最大待机电流仅2µA。数字电位器相对于机械器件的优势是具有处理器控制和可编程性、具有更高的可靠性和精度以及封装可选,方便自动化组装。适用于调制解调器以及电话中的信号控制、电池充电控制,及其它控制电路、调谐和校准、运算放大器偏压调整、增益控制以及电源稳压。\n\n \n\n | ADIAnalog Devices 亚德诺亚德诺半导体技术有限公司 | ADI | ||
