2.0A Single Channel Current-Limited Power Switch;

The AP2301 and AP2311 are single channel current-limited\nintegrated high-side power switches optimized for Universal\nSerial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications. The family\nof devices complies with USB standards and is available with\nboth polarities of Enable input.\nThe devices have fast short-circuit response time for\nimproved overall system robustness, and have integrated\noutput discharge function to ensure completely control°C\ndischarging of the output voltage capacitor. They provide a\ncomplete protection solution for applications subject to heavy\ncapacitive loads and the prospect of short circuit, and offer\nreverse current blocking, over-current, over-temperature and\nshort-circuit protection, as well as control°C rise time and\nunder-voltage lockout functionality. A 7ms deglitch capability\non the open-drain Flag output prevents false over-current\nreporting and does not require any external components.\nAll devices are available in SO-8, MSOP-8-EP and\nDFN3030E-8 packages.
