描述 Description
The UTC UD05306 is CMOS-based, high efficiencysynchronous, step-down DC/DC converter. Its input voltage rangeis from 2.8V to 5.5V and provides an adjustable regulated outputvoltage from 0.8V to 5V while delivering up to 2A of output current.The internal synchronous rectifier with low RON power switchesdramatically reduces conduction loss at PWM. Internal integratedpower switches also increase efficiency and eliminate the need foran external Schottky diode. Switching frequency could be set by anexternal resistor or can be synchronized to an external clock. 100%duty cycle provides low dropout operation extending battery life inportable systems.UTC UD05306 operation in forced continuous PWM Modewhich minimizes ripple voltage and reduces the noise and RFinterference. 100% duty cycle in Low Dropout Operation furthermaximize battery life.
