描述 Description

The UTC UD05104A is a 1A high frequency synchronousStep Down DC/DC converter using constant frequency, currentmode architecture. The device integrates main switch andsynchronous rectifier switch for high efficiency without an externalschottky diode. To maximize light load efficiency, The UTCUD05104A draws only 30μA quiescent current to improve lightload efficiency. In shutdown, The UTC UD05104A reduces supplycurrent less than 1μA. The UTC UD05104A can supply 1A of loadcurrent from 2.5V to 6.0V input voltage. The output voltage canbe regulated as low as 0.6V. The switching frequency is internallyset at 1MHz, as for operation mode: UTC UD05104A is automaticPSM/PWM mode.The UTC UD05104A has built-in internal Soft Start, ShortCircuit Protection and OTP functions, allowing the use of smallsurface mount inductors and capacitor.
