描述 Description
The UTC UD05124 is a high efficiency, high frequencysynchronous DC-DC step-down converter. The 100% duty cyclefeature provides low dropout operation, extending battery life inportable systems.The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency andeliminates the need for external schottky diode. At shutdown mode,the input supply current is less than 1µA.The UTC UD05124 fault protection includes over currentprotection, short circuit protection, UVLO and thermal shutdown. TheInternal soft-start function prevents inrush current at turn-on.
