描述 Description
The UTC UD052012 is a high efficiency, high frequencysynchronous DC-DC step-down converter. The 100% duty cyclefeature provides low dropout operation, extending battery life inportable systems.The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency andeliminates the need for external Schottky diode. At shutdownmode, the input supply current is less than 1µA.The UTC UD052012 fault protection includes over currentprotection, short circuit protection, UVLO and thermal shutdown.The Internal soft-start function prevents inrush current at turn-on.
