描述 Description

The SKY5A5110 is a single-pole, four-throw (SP4T)switch. No external DC blocking capacitors arerequired on the RF paths as long as there is no DC voltageon the RF line. The switch can operate over thetemperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C.

Switching is controlled by two CMOS/TTL compatiblecontrol voltage inputs (VC1 and VC2). Depending onthe logic voltage level applied to the control pin, theRFC pin is connected to one of four switched RF outputs(RF1, RF2, RF3, or RF4) by using a low insertionloss path, while the paths between the RFC pin and theother RF pins are in isolation.

The SKY5A5110 is provided in a small 10-pinQFN package.
