The SKY58260-11 Front-End Module (FEM) is a fully matched,79-pad surface mount (SMT) module developed for 5G / 4G / 3G /LTE / WCDMA / HSDPA / HSUPA applications. The FEM consists ofPA blocks, input and output matching, a MIPI® standard digitalcontrol block, single-ended duplexers, antenna and band selectswitches, and low Noise amplifier (LNA) in a single 6.4 mm x 5.0mm x 0.85 mm (Max.) package.

The SKY58260-11 uses an enhanced architecture to covermultiple bands and meet the spectral linearity requirements ofLTE QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAM modulations with up to 20MHz bandwidth and up to 100 resource block allocations. Outputpower is controlled by varying the input power and VCC isadjusted using an ET modulator to maximize efficiency. Extremelylow leakage current maximizes handset standby time.
