The SKY58220-21 LB, MHB LPAMiD module supports3G/4G/5G mobile devices and operates in 3G/4G/5Gmodes. It uses 3G/4G/5G PA blocks in Low-, Mid-, andHigh-band, a controller containing the MIPI RFFEinterface, RF band switches, LB/MB/HB ANT switchesand bi-directional couplers, and integrated filters forBands 26, 8, 28A, 1, 3, 34, 39, 40, and 41. TheSKY58220-21 is part of our Sky5® product portfolio.The device delivers PC2 power at 3.4 Vcc with low Iccand enables 2Tx EN-DC for various M+H, and L+Mcombinations.RF I/O ports are matched to 50 Ω to minimize externalcomponents. Low leakage current maximizes devicestandby time. IC die and passive components aremounted on a multi-layer laminate substrate.The device accommodates both 5G NR and LTE wherewider bandwidth (100 MHz) and CA manage higherdata rates. Combined filtering, RF matching, and TRxswitching drives DL CA performance.LB, MHB, and HB ANT ports support multiple ANTprofiles. For UL, PA blocks support wide bandwidth 5GNR: >100 MHz for n41. The device deliversunparalleled system integration and efficiency.
