The SKY58260-41 Front-End Module (FEM) is a fullymatched, 79-pad surface mount (SMT) module developedfor 5G / 4G / 3G / LTE / WCDMA / HSDPA / HSUPAapplications.

The FEM consists of PA blocks, input and outputmatching, a MIPI® standard digital control block, single-ended duplexers, antenna and band selectswitches, and Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) in a single 6.4mm x 5.0 mm x 0.85 mm (Max.) package.

The SKY58260-41 uses an enhanced architecture tocover multiple bands and meet the spectral linearityrequirements of LTE QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAMmodulations with up to 20 MHz bandwidth and up to100 resource block allocations.

Output power is controlled by varying the input powerand VCC is adjusted using a Power Management IC(PMIC) to maximize efficiency. Extremely low leakagecurrent maximizes handset standby time.
