描述 Description

Si88343ED-IS integrates our proven digital isolator technology with an on-chip dc-dc converter that provides isolated regulated output voltages of 3 or 5.5 V (or >5 V with external components) at peak output power levels of up to 2 W. The device provides 1 foward and 3 reverse digital channels and supports data rates up to 100 Mbps. Additionally, Si88343ED-IS devices achieve propagation delays of only 23 ns max and are certified by UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC.
