Si88342BC-IS integrates our proven digital isolator technology with an on-chip dc-dc converter that provides isolated regulated output voltages of __sl:outputsupplymin__ or __sl:outputsupplymax__ V (or >5 V with external components) at peak output power levels of up to 2 W. The device provides __sl:forwardchannels__ foward and __sl:reversechannels__ reverse digital channels and supports data rates up to __sl:maxdatarate__ Mbps. Additionally, Si88342BC-IS devices achieve propagation delays of only __sl:maximumpropogationdelay__ ns max and are certified by UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC.
