描述 Description

Leveraging a true automotive process for design, manufacturing, production test, and support Si88343EC-AS integrates our proven digital isolator technology with an on-chip dc-dc converter. The integrated dc-dc converter provides isolated, regulated output voltages of 3 or 5.5V (or >5 V with external components) at peak output power levels of up to 2 W. The device provides 1 foward and 3 reverse digital channels and supports data rates up to 100Mbps. Additionally, Si88343EC-AS devices achieve propagation delays of only 23 ns  max and are certified by UL, CSA, VDE, and CQC.
