RT9181是具有输出精确度2%的低压降转换器，在输入+3至+5.5V的工作电压范围内提供持续的150mA电流。它具有电源良好信号指示功能监测输出电压，让电源良好输出成为低电位（开路漏极）RT9181运用低ESR的输出电容来稳定输出电压，同时最小化启动时的输出电涌。RT9181使用一个内部的 P- MOSFET 作为通器件，在负载和压差条件下需要160µA的供电电流。它的EN引脚控制输出，且不消耗输入偏置电流。其他特性还包括限电流、过温保护及欠压锁定。
