描述 Description

The M37046 is a four channel 25.78 Gbps / 28.05 Gbps CDR with integrated limiting amplifier for use as a receive device in optical modules. The M37046 CDRs retime at 25.78 Gbps, 27.95 Gbps, and 28.05 Gbps. Each channel includes a high-sensitivity limiting amplifier, a high performance CDR, and an output driver with programmable output swing and 2-tap de-emphasis. The CDR is reference-free and can be bypassed to support legacy or nonstandard data rates. The M37046 is assembled in a 4 mm x 4.5 mm chip scale package (CSP) and integrates diagnostic features such as PRBS31/9 generation and PRBS31 error checking. The device is powered from a single 1.8 V supply delivering industry’s leading low power consumption. The device is controlled through a 2-wire serial interface.
