GRF2012-W GRF2013 Guerrilla RF GRF2013 RF Broadband_Linear Gain Amplifier is a broadband_gain block with low noise figure and_high linearity. This RF amplifier designed for small cell and_wireless infrastructures to provide outstanding broadband_NF， linearity， and_return-losses over 0.7GHz to 3.8GHz with a single match. The GRF2013 is internally matched to 50Ω at the input and_output ports， needing only external DC blocks and_a bias choke on the output. This broadband_gain block is operated from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5V with a selectable IDDQ range of 30mA to 100mA for optimal efficiency and_linearity. Applications include broadband_driver amplifiers， general purpose linear amplifiers， and_small cellular repeaters.
