5 MHz to 6000 MHz, Digital Step AttenuatorThe QPC6614 is a 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) thatfeatures high linearity over the entire 31.5 dB gain controlrange with 0.5 dB steps. The QPC6614 uses serial controlinterface. The QPC6614 has a low insertion loss of 1.4 dB at2 GHz. Patented circuit architecture provides overshoot-freetransient switching performance. The QPC6614 is availablein a 4.2 mm x 4.2 mm MCM package.
