描述 Description

 
The ET3163 is advanced load management switches consists of slew-rate controlled low-impedance MOSFET Switch (5.5mΩTyp). The ET3163 has True Reverse Current Blocking(TRCB) function blocking unwanted reverse current from VOUT to VIN during ON/OFF state. These devices have exceptionally low off-state current drain (<1μA max) which facilitate compliance in very low stand-by power applications. Switch control is managed by IIC serial interface with the premise of EN keeps active high level.
