描述 Description

The ET3159 advanced load management switches target applications requiring a highly integrated solution. It disconnects loads powered from DC Power Rail (The ET3159 has True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) function blocking unwanted reverse current from OUT to IN during ON/OFF state. These devices have exceptionally low off-state current drain (ET3159 is offered DFN4(1.2×1.6) package, which is ideal for small form factor portable equipment .
