CU30 | 高耐压同步降压型芯片 CU30/35 是一款高集成度单芯片降压型IC,内置了电源开关和其必要的所有电路,因而造就了一款BOM用料少,PCB占板面积极小的解决方案。50uA的低静态电流,可以在小负载电流条件下获得极高效率的应用。\r\n\r\n CU30/35上下NMOS管最小导通时间可达30ns,对输出负载响应迅速,而且只有平均20mVp-p的极小输出纹波。最大输出电流可达3A,输出电压可以通过分压电阻任意配置,而且使用开关频率可达700K,有效减少外围电感的体积。同时,CU30/35提供多种保护功能,可有效提高IC的可靠性和使用安全性。 • 高集成度,单芯片集成了上下功率NMOS管,无需外置续流二极管\r\n• 在高频下可实现高达92%的输出效率\r\n• 较宽的工作输入电压范围:6.5V至40V ,耐压60V\r\n• 较宽的工作输入电压范围:3.3V至VIN*0.9V\r\n• 2%精度、0.64V的反馈FB电压\r\n• 1.5ms的软启动时间\r\n• 内部补偿\r\n• 固定的700KHz同步开关频率\r\n• 支持输入电压过低指示灯报警\r\n• 支持输入欠压保护\r\n• 支持输出欠压保护\r\n• 支持输出过压/过流保护\r\n• 支持内部过温保护\r\n• 对负载接入/拔出不超过50us的快速; | AMICRO 一微半导体 | AMICRO | |
