描述 Description

The AAT2605 is a member of AnalogicTech’s Total Power Management IC™ (TPMIC™) product family. It contains five fully integrated low dropout (LDO) regulators, making it ideal for general, compact applications.
The AAT2605 includes five low-noise, high-PSRR LDO regulators which are independently enabled to meet any power up or power down sequencing needs. Each LDO regulator requires only a small ceramic capacitor output for stability. Output voltages are programmed via an integrated One Time Programmable (OTP) process during manufacturing to provide output voltage per application requirement. LDO1 and LDO2 share the same input voltage as does LDO3 and LDO4 while LDO5 has its own independent input. By allowing different input voltages, the AAT2605 can provide more efficient solutions. The LDOs are low-noise and have high PSRR (68dB at 10KHz).
The AAT2605 is available in the small Pb-free 14-pin 3mm x 3mm TDFN package.
