GENERAL DESCRIPTION

W83L785R/G is a condensed product of W83L784R/G --- Winbonds most popular hardware monitoring IC for notebook. Specifically designed for the graphic cards and notebook systems, W83L785R can be used to monitor several critical hardware parameters of the system, including voltages, fan speeds, and temperatures, which are very important for the system to work stably and properly.

• 2 thermal inputs from remote thermistors or PentiumTM II

(Deschutes) thermal diode output

• 4 voltage inputs

• 2 sets of PWM fan speed control

• Programmable hysteresis and setting points
