描述 Description

The UT3003K is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designedto protect 3.3V circuits from transient events such as high Electrostatic Discharge(ESD) and Cable Discharge Event (CDE).

This TVS uses a proprietary cell clamping technology. During transient events,these cells clamp transient over-voltages on power or control data signals to protectsensitive circuitry.

The UT3003K is an ideal solution for high speed data line applications.
