描述 Description

The uP6020 is a high-efficiency, single synchronous boostconverter in Bluetooth Speakers. The proprietary RCOTTMtechnology provides fast transient response and high noiseimmunity. It supports ceramic output capacitors. Thiscombination is ideal for building modern low duty ratio,untra-fast load step response DC-DC converters. The outputvoltage ranges from 9V to 24V, and the conversion inputvoltage ranges is from 6V to 9V. The switching frequencyis fixed 450kHz. It is available in a space saving WQFN4x4-26L package.
