描述 Description

The uP6010 is a power supply solution for products poweredby a single-cell Li-Ion or Li-Polymer battery. The uP6010is a high efficiency synchronous step-up converter whichintegrated power MOSFETs and includes the output trueshutdown function. The quiescent current is 50uA (Typ).The uP6010 uses fixed-frequency PWM current modecontrol at 1MHz for fast transient response with internalcompensation. Protect function includes cycle-by-cyclecurrent limit, output over voltage protection, over currentflag and over temperature protection. The uP6010 is suitablefor tablet computers, smart phones, and portable handhelddevices.

The uP6010 is available in a WDFN3x3-10L package andPSOP-8L package.
