描述 Description

The uP1541R is a compact synchronous-rectified buckcontroller specifically designed to operate from 5V or 12Vsupply voltage and to deliver high quality output voltageas low as 0.8V.

The uP1541R adopts proprietary RCOTTM technology,providing flexible selection of output LC filter and excellenttransient response to load and line change. The uP1541Rsupports both tracking mode and stand-alone modeoperation.

This controller integrates internal MOSFET drivers thatsupport 12V+12V or 5V+19V bootstrapped voltage for highefficiency power conversion. The bootstrap diode is builtinto simplify the circuit design and minimize external partcount.

Other features include internal soft start, over/undervoltage protection, over current protection and shutdownfunction. With aforementioned functions, this part providescustomers a compact, high efficiency, well-protected andcost-effective solutions. This part is available in WDFN3x3- 10L package.
