描述 Description

The UCD4093B device is designed for 3V to 15V VCCoperation, but is designed specifically for 0.5V to 20V VCCoperation.This device consists of four Schmitt trigger circuits. Eachcircuit functions as a two-input NAND gate with Schmitt triggeraction on both inputs. The gate switches at different points forpositive and negative going signals. The difference between thepositive voltage (VT+) and the negative voltage(VT-) is defined ashysteresis voltage(VH).This device is fully specified for partial-power-downapplications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the outputs,preventing damaging current backflow through the device when itis powered down.
